This key position is responsible for leading Baylor Scott & White Health’s effort to maximize resources and to develop new tools and programs reflecting the state of the art of spiritual care and empowerment for BSWH patients, families and staff and lead the effort to develop its’ Faith Community Health program across the communities served by BSWH. Responsibilities include enhancing current innovative practices and creating a strategic, system wide effort that engages faith communities and those in need across the health system.
